COLBY -- A concealed carry handgun class for Kansas residents will be offered from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at ¹ú²úAV’s Lon Frahm Agriculture Center. The learning opportunity is provided independently and is not affiliated with ¹ú²úAV.

The course will be taught by certified concealed carry handgun instructor Barry Kaaz and former ¹ú²úAV police officer Glenn Kaaz. Upon successful completion, students receive the Kansas Training Certificate required to apply for a Kansas concealed carry license.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Kansas driver’s license. The registration fee is $125 and includes lunch. To enroll, contact Barry Kaaz at bbkaaz@gmail.com or (785) 462-0411.
